I was going to blog an outfit post today but when i tried it on I realised I'd picked it up in a size 12 (derp) So I'm going to go back today and hopefully they'll have a size 8 or 10 left. I thought I'd post this wish list instead!
1. Im sure you all know this bag by now! It's from ZARA has been doing the rounds on blogs lately. I am tempted to buy (sucker for the rose gold) it but I've heard it loses shape quickly and the strap looks quite thin! I know a few people reading this will probably have it so please let me know if any of the above is true!
2. This nude clutch is from ASOS I do want a clutch bag, I'm just not sure if I will buy it use it once and then go back to using a normal bag. I like my bags big! I carry a lot of stuff around with me so I dont know wether I'd get my moneys worth. However this is really pretty and I love the peachy pink colour which I know would go perfect with a lot of summer outfits!
3. This cuff is from Miss Selfridge! Its £10.00 but I'm going to nip into primark tomorrow and see If i can find something like this for a little bit cheaper as I have a feeling these will go green / scuff up pretty quickly!
4. Chanel rouge coco shine lipstick in 'aventure' I have been wanting this for a while, I have gone off 'boy' lately and I'm wearing 'candeur' a lot more but this looks like such a gorgeous bright summery pink (I'm hoping its not as sheer as candeur!)
5. SIGH I wish I bought these when I first saw them on the topshop website. 'Topshop reflect metallic heel sandals.' They're still on the website but only in black and silver. I think the white and rose gold are absolutely beautiful! I'm going to check my local topshop tomorrow (I hate that you can't use store check when an item is sold out online) but I'm not hopeful that they'll have them at all let alone in a size 3!
6. This is also from Topshop! I love basics at the minute (and speckles it would seem) I just think they're really easy to throw on and dress up easily with accessories! Just easy to wear daily! I wish this was available in a mint green colour though!

I have the bag! It losing shape doesn't really bother me as I like how slouchy it looks but whenever I put lots of bits in it, I worry the strap is going to break as like you say it is quite thin. It also gets dirty really easily. I still love it though and for the brilliant price I'd definitely pick it up! x

I have just ordered the zara bag! seems like everyone has it! It is a gorgeous bag. I did think about the strap when I ordered it but for £20 can't complain if it doesn't last forever. xx

I have both of those bags! The lining on the Zara bag is coming away and I have only had it for a few days...probably due to me putting too much it in so it might not be wise to use it as a 'throw in everything I might ever need' bag. The ASOS bag I got as an Xmas pressie of my brother and I use it everytime I go out...it fits so much in and looks so good. I say buy both x

I have that Zara bag! And the quality isn't amazing, the edging and lining is alr falling apart, and the skinny strap hurts my shoulder haha :P moan moan moan... That clutch looks amazing though! xx

ReplyDeleteI'm bummed that the Zara bag has all these downsides... I've ordered it in black a few days ago. Although it is upsetting that it may not be the best quality... It was only $35.00 and it's gorgeous so I don't think it'll bother me too much :)

ReplyDeleteThe Chanel lipstick in 'aventure' is my fave lipstick ever :) I was torn between this shade and 'boy' when I was buying it but I'm glad I got this one, it gives me a bit more colour I'd say!

ReplyDeleteI have the black version of the bag! I adore it, it hasn't started to loose its shape (yet). If it does, it will still look amazing and more slouchy so to me its not really a problem! The strap isn't too bad! Just try not to put too many things in it (this is coming from the girl who carries EVERYTHING in her bag). Definitely recommend, I am going to get the other colour this weekend! £19.99 is a very reasonable price!

I love that top and recently bought a grey speckle-y one from next! They have it in a minty green colour too! On the website it looks a bit darker but when I saw it in the shop it was more of a duck egg shade! For only £10 you cant go wrong!

I have the Zara bag, it's so lovely! On the first day my lining starting coming away, I guess you get what you pay £20 for though. A really nice bag apart from that.

ReplyDeleteI just went into Zara to check out the infamous rose gold bag but in person, it does look a lot more basic and flimsy - I wouldn't expect it to last very long! The strap does seem super thin and fragile too :(
